Do men find the classic look in women attractive still?

Just curious in this day and age of fast fashion, do men still find women who dress vintage, or just classic, think red lips, skater dress, very feminine type. Think jessica day new girl, audrey Hepburn etc etc? If yes why and if no why, also is this style something younger men, 20s and 30s would find attractive or just older men?
