After break and caliper replacement my break feels more soft

I’m back here again 🥹 I went to Mavis discounted tire and breaks and they said my caliper was bad and needs replacement. I changed both calipers on the rear end and new rotors+ pads. However, when I drove home today from the shop I need to press deeper to have a full stop (before this I can break pretty easily) Can anyone tells me what’s happening here? Is this normal with new calipers?
