ISO Dentist in East LA/Gateway Cities?

As the title suggests, I’m looking for a quality dentist in East LA. My poor wife got scammed by a fraudster who upsold her on a bunch of garbage she didn’t need. Trying to avoid that in the future. Ideally looking for one under the Anthem Blue Cross network.
