[CO] Wondering if anything can be done because my mother altered a will while grandma was on hospice

So, in short, my grandmother was put on hospice in early 2023 on Feb. 17th, and on Feb. 22nd, my mother, who was the POA of her will, altered who got what and money that was supposed to be divided up, and got my grandmother to sign and the signature is terrible. My grandma was very declined at that point and in a conflict of interest I'm assuming, my mother got a notary to come in on the 22nd and notarize the changes. Grandma passed April 7th

These changes cut my aunt and other uncle out of amcwrtain small things, and out of money.

Can I do anything on behalf of my grandmother or sue her or anything like that?
