Is there a service for deaf people to get counselling one to one?

I was just wondering if a person is deaf are there many councillors who are trained in sign language?

I was thinking it’s hard enough reaching out getting help and then having to pay also for a translator? The complexity of privacy etc with having to open up to two people potentially

I’ve worked with deaf people years ago and I remember we got on ok with writing notes but that cannot be sustainable if you are getting therapy.
