Government exams victim. Please help. What all can be the possible future ventures for me??

I started the journey of my competitive exams in 2020. But due to n number of failures. I am tired of this circle and now it's been 4 years and I have no skills literally no skills. Just a background: Graduated from National institute of fashion technology and irony is that I don't even want to pursue that. Can't count on my hobbies because I guess I don't have any now. Please guide me through to choose for something which I can do side by side as I am exhausted now with almost zero brains left.
