Do I have oral hsv1 herpes?M19

Hello I’m M19 and have had these little bumps on the bottom of my lip not on the actual lip but bellow start to form a couple days ago. It really looks like herpes but I got no idea where I got it. Fits the description of herpes but at the same time I also eat at the part of my lip from time to time when I’m really stressed. Please help if you know.
