Electrical shock from soup heater ?

22F Hi all today I was at work (I work in a shop) we had soup for customers because it’s really cold out, and the soup is in this heater I looked it up and it’s a 240V heater. As I was holding the spoon and scooping up soup I felt a shock go from my left arm to my right and it felt really scary like a thump. I immediately dropped it and felt very shaky and anxious.

I just left work because it really freaked me out and I feel a bit sick, I’m still a bit shaky but that could be because I’m literally freaking out about this.

I know nothing about anything electrical so I feel a bit stupid asking this question but will I be fine or do I need to go doctors ?
