Do Libra placements ever just break up with someone? Do they ever initiate a breakup?

I just see people with Libra energy/placements do everything in their power to stay in a relationship even if it gets twisted or filled with lies. What does a person have to do to make a Libra break up with them? Like I just see that as almost impossible at this point.
