Uranus and Neptune in 4th house

Hi! I am a libra rising and my Uranus and Neptune are in conjunction in my 4th house. I have read that these placements often give unusual family situations or structures, or frequent moves. I would like to learn more about some other ways these planets can be expressed in one's life. Not sure if it relates to this specific placement but I often feel like I do not belong where I was born, only with time I'm learning about my roots. I lived abroad for 9 years since I was 18 so the other culture also had some influence on me. But I never feel like I belong anywhere really, there are so many cultures that have values, like strong family values that I really long for. I have a chiron in 11th which is also about groups and belonging to, as far as I know. But I am curious about Uranus and Neptune or some other heavy planets in your charts. Or any experiences you had with people having them. Thanks!
