Do Russian women really have the dating game figured out?

I keep hearing this all the time, Russian women always win in the dating game, they always get the highest caliber of men and always treated like queens.

Is it true or an exaggeration?

And if it’s true, what do Russian women do differently (besides being very beautiful), what did you mothers teach you about men and relationships ?
