I’ve got a question

For all these “arteta out” people I’ve got one question. Who do we bring in? It’s a simple question that always gets asked that nobody can seem to answer. I’m always hearing “a manager who plays attacking football” “ a manager who’s won things before” who is this manager then? Tell me.
