Ark Ascended: Terrible graphics, textures not loading?

The game is not great, I know Ark is an amazing game. But this is unexpected, this game will not load textures and the character has a black like fuzz around his body, basically it looks straight from a ps3. I’ve got a clip here, give me tips please:
