Are my airpods real? [Idk]

My uncle got me these for Christmas. ldk where he got them but when I tried to take the rubber off it wouldn't budge. I pulled it and the airpod basically snapped. I want to know if these are even real.

I don't have my airpod box since my mom threw it away (I'm kinda mad)
