Help with my undergrad Thesis

Hi I am a 5th year student working on my senior thesis project. I am having a very difficult time finding readings and formulating an argument/vein of research. I am wanting to relate my thesis to architecture of course, but I do not want to focus on structures. Instead I would like to focus on designing and creating objects (clothing, furniture, etc). I will note that everything I will create revolves around connection between the body and the environment. Thus my problem, I am just having a hard time justifying why my objects have architectural value beyond aesthetic ideology, and how connection between the body and the environment is relevant to architectural theory. Any help (especially readings) would be greatly appreciated, thank you all!
