Help with optimizing Arc performance (MBA M3)

Hello,
I found a post on this subreddit to improve Arc's performance and reduce the battery/memory/resource hogging that the Chromium engine does. I had a few questions regarding implementing the advice provided by that post and was hoping someone could help me because I don't know much.

I couldn't find some of the flags that people mentioned gave them a noticeable difference. Can someone explain or help me find them, or has Arc just enabled them by default now. The flags that I couldn't find are down below:

I have also downloaded the extensions mentioned in OP's posts: uBlock Origin, Auto Tab Discard, AutoPlay Stopper and, enhanced h264-ify (this is from another post, but was said to have great battery benefits). Regarding the AutoTab Discard, shall I keep the memory saver enabled from the settings>performance in Arc or can I turn it off now? Regarding the enhanced h264-ify, I have disabled the Enable VP8 video encoding for Cast Streaming and Enable AV1 video encoding for Cast Streaming flags already, so is there any additional benefit of using the enhanced h264-ify extension after disabling these flags or can I remove it? Is it worth disabling Enable VP9 video encoding for Cast Streaming as well?

I saw some people advice for and against keeping Hardware-accelerated video decode/encode flags enabled, if disabling the Enable VP8 video encoding for Cast Streaming and Enable AV1 video encoding for Cast Streaming flags I mentioned above, so I'm not sure what to do here as well.

I'd greatly appreciate if someone could help me out with my questions, I know they're a lot but it would help me prevent my switch from Arc back to Safari cause I love using Arc. I hope this also helps the rest of the community out as well and optimize their Arc performance!
