Are they overcharging?

I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but I’m gonna try if it’s not any recommendations for a sub would be nice , Do you guys think if I offered 50$ that would be rude? I just think it’s a little much for a used tank and light that’s probably a little over half of what you would pay in the store
