What colleges do I apply to?

Hey! I'm stuck on what colleges I should apply to and I have no idea what I want. I have a 2.9W GPA and a 1010 SAT. I'm a white male fron NJ. I did not do very well in freshmen and sophomore year, but improved a lot in junior year going from a 2.5W to a 3.5 average GPA for the year. I am looking for a decent sized school from 10-35k. I want a football team. I want a decent communications program along with city-ish setting. Please help!!!
