Apps that detect motion/posture?
Here for tips..!
I just paused my Train Well app (formally Co-Pilot). It's a fancy app that comes with a trainer. It's mostly aimed at beginners and people who need motivation, and I'm happy to say at this point I'm mostly beyond that.
Train Well was able to detect my motions do some magic with that. Things that worked with the watch included starting and stopping the exercise automatically, correcting my posture at times with comments like "lower your arms at the bottom" or "lift the weight higher above your shoulders" if it detected I didn't do those.
I'm looking for an app that can potentially do the same thing and give me details into my wokrouts. What I'd love is the ability to export this information (say to a spreadsheet) but if I can't, at least display it so I can copy it down.
The workouts that come with the watch seem good, but the UI is confusing (getting used to it), and I'm not sure if I can get it to measure everything this way.
What do you guys use for weight training and monitoring? What do you recommend? Anything out there, like a YouTube video that really goes into the depth of how tot of the Apple Watch workouts, get the most ou maybe?
