Help with Custom Running Intervals on Apple Watch
I’m trying to create a custom running interval on my Apple Watch, but I’m running into an issue with repeats. Here’s the setup I want: a warm-up phase, followed by alternating work and rest intervals for a set number of repetitions, and then a cool-down phase.
The problem is that it doesn’t work properly. Instead of alternating between work and rest, I end up with all the work intervals grouped together, followed by all the rest intervals, and then the cool down. For example, it looks something like this: warm-up, work-work-work, rest-rest-rest, cool down.
To get it to alternate correctly, I’ve had to manually create each individual interval in sequence, like warm-up, work, rest, work, rest, and so on, which is tedious.
I’d also like the watch to display which interval I’m on, such as “Work 3” or “Rest 4,” so I can easily track my progress at a glance.
Is there a way to set this up properly without manually inputting every single interval? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
