Anyone experience sustained heart rate when they were anxious or panic sticken after workout?

So for the most part my hrr or heart rate recovery is great. I can do a 1 min intense 3 set circut and then stop, wait 1 min and then my HR will drop between 18-40 bpm which is a sign of good cardio vascular health.

However I noticed that when I have an anxiety or panic attack, it will keep my sympathetic nervous system as the dominant one, even at rest and I'll worry if my heart will slow down and that will create a panic, racing heart loop that reinforces each other.

It happend climbing stairs 2x same pattern and once when I did 30 pushups straight after lunges.....however I did that same set 9X after and heart rate adjusted, when I started humming to activate vagus nerve to activate the parasympathetic NS to calm my hr down.

Anyone else expereince fast, sustained heart rate for a while after panic attack, I'm not talking like 200 bmp but like maybe 108-120? One episode lasted 40 min until my panic subsided and th e other one lasted 8 minutes.

Thanks
