Have you ever been through emotional burnout ?

As far as I can remember I've always dealt with anxiety at different stages of my life, but since last year I feel I've just reach a new level of exhaustion...

I first thought of depression but I'm not even sad, I'm just hypersensitive, feeling numb all the time and having more and more violent panic attacks when they easily could go unnoticed before.

How do you even recover from something like that ?
