United States - history of this pipe?

For many years, I’ve casually wandered through New England woods and rivers with an extra eye towards finding an arrowhead. It’s a fun game where I pretend searching for artifacts. This pipe is the only thing I’ve ever found that scratched the itch. I found this sticking out of a riverbank in northern Vermont in 2018 - Sleepers River in St. Johnsbury specifically. I tried typical online forums to see if I could find any additional information on the timeframe/history but haven’t found anything that really explains when/where it came from. Is anyone here versed? I think it’s ceramic, but again - I’m no expert. It has a Freemason insignia on both sides, along with an American flag and another symbol I’m unsure about but I think is rooted in the Hail Columbia reference on the stem.

Any thoughts, insights would be greatly appreciated!
