Last minute pre-cooked turkey?

My husband and I are currently driving to my parent’s house in Ann Arbor for Thanksgiving and he just realized he forgot the turkey he had pre-made (the rest of us are vegetarian). Is there anywhere that is open tomorrow where he could get a pre-cooked turkey or even a partial turkey (breast/thigh)?
