Do you know any battle anime where the mc is actually some random weak guy at the beginning

Many anime seem like this is what they're doing but then give the mc a lot of talent or make them a chosen one or whatever. I don't want any of that. Any recommendations?

Edit: also would be cool if they got more powerful just because of training and not getting a really powerful ability
