Which Animal Crossing villagers that you feel like their personality doesn't fit?

I might as well counting the villagers who has their former personality before Nintendo changed their current personality.

The 1st thing that came out of my kind was Carmen. I didn't expect that her personality was Peppy because of her smirky face.
