HELP, My phone keeps restarting, I have urgent work RN

My android phone (Samsung Galaxy M20) is constantly shutting down and then starting again, it happened when I picked up my phone and saw android recovery mode page, there It said that your phone was unable to start, please select an option, options were to 1. Try again, 2. Erase App Data, 3. Visit Service Centre. I ofc choose option 1 cause I don't know anything about android OS and how it works, then in a split second I saw A page which just said Error, then it proceeded to restart, but it only shows the samsung logo not the complete phone name and android screen, and then the lock screen appears which lasts for 3 seconds and then the samsung logo appears again which lasts for 15-16 seconds and then the lock screen again, I've tried force restarting, tapping the phone, trying to shut it down using charger method and restarting it again but nothing worked. My phone is also hot for some reason, if I try to use the phone during the time when it shows the lock screen, I don't get enough time to even get past the lock screen. please help me.
