Gmail no longer notifying for one account, the others notify immediately

And it just had to be my primary inbox that got screwed. This is all happening on my Galaxy S24+ with up to date app and UI.

Yes, notifications are turned on.

Yes, that means specifically for this account too.

Yes, sync is turned on.

Yes, notifications are set for all.

No, the app is not put to sleep or optimised by the system.

Google's infinitely helpful response is to just link a help article for "how to turn on notifications".

Does anybody have a real solution or am I just SOL because of a POS app?
