How much do you pay on average to develop and scan a roll at a lab?

Film labs are quite rare where I live, and I wanted to know if their prices are average or not. For me, getting a 35mm roll developed and scanned at 4492 x 6774 DPI would cost around $26 (not to mention another $17 to ship them to the studio that's in another city and get my negatives back!)
