Amazon Customer in need of input from drivers :)
Hi all,
First off thanks for all you do. I’m sure this can seem like a thankless jobs at times but just wanted to let you all know that you’re appreciated!
Recently, Amazon started leaving our packages at our front door. We have a delivery drop box at the mid point of our very long driveway. We do this because my father in law with dementia will often go outside when he sees the vehicles pull up and he will always let our dogs out. We have one dog that can be very territorial and last week he was aggressive towards one of the flex drivers approaching our home. My FIL tried to stop the dog and he ended up falling and getting hurt. I have “beware of dog” signs all over our property. I also have noted in the instructions to not approach our house because of this situation. Any ideas on what I could do? Would putting a sign at the drop box that says “DELIVERIES FOR <my address>” help? I know you guys need to leave proof of delivery but trying to make this a safe situation for all.
Thank you so much in advance.
