Process Assistant careers outside of Amazon?

I've been with Amazon for 4 years now. Previous role I was an Assistant Manager( L4-hourly), before having to hardship transfer and ending up back as a PA again. The issue is, I've been applying almost continuously for 2 years for AM( Area Manager) positions that I have never gotten an interview for... but I also have an incline for HR Partner (L4 salary) that I've had since late January but still haven't gotten slotted. At this point I'm just fed up with the lack of upward mobility and looking outside of Amazon. But I don't know what jobs would be good for my skillsets I've gained. I've been with IXD's, UFF, HUB, and AMZL. Currently have a Business Administration degree. I've done warehousing for most of my job life but finding it hard to "compete" in other business lines with internals such as Fedex and UPS, where I get to the interview stage and nothing else. I currently stay in Southern California, open to jobs that offer relocation. Any advice and help would be great :)
