Planning to visit Mahakumbh on 25th Feb ( a day before shahi snan). How much crowd can i expect?

My family is planning to visit Mahakumbh on 25th Feb which is a day before the shahi snan, would it be super crowded compared to the other dates in January or the crowd becomes less during the last days ? I just want to avoid stampede like situations and be sure that i don't visit on the wrong day . Any help would be very much appreciated.
