Ethernet Issue

When I first got my hands on my m18, I was able to download with a speed reaching 30mb/s. But the problem is, in the next two hours, I was limited to 11mb/s and I cannot change it.

I changed the speed&duplex to auto negotiation but nothing changed.

What do I do ?
