When you trigger them they go psycho

The Q in my life is drug and alcohol addict. I know that i also trigger him to get angry. But he has become psychotic the more time goes. He can start to drive fast and chaotic while yelling he will kill us. Simply because I told him that his unfaithful ways are not okay. While during the week I went to work and straight back home, while he was sick in his home. Mind you I called him everyday asking how he was feeling. I didnt get any questions about how was my day. I didnt think much of it because im used to that. After he got over his stomach bug he decided to use some drugs. Called me suddenly while i was at home after work just to start telling me im an escort and he has found me etc(this is not true and he was going insane), accused me that i need to stop lying etc. Imagine, not getting a call to ask how im doing or how was my day,but calling to act insane and accuse me.

And then when we met up days later(after i told him i dont want this relationship), he was surprised i wasnt nice to him. Oh and guess what, because I acted mean in his eyes, he became rude again.

So his wrong doings need to be forgotten and lets act like nothing happened.

And this is a person who thinks women need to obey and because he earns much more, women are nobody. They need to do as man says(while simultaniously asking woman to take care of him,as its a good practice how to be caring and motherly)

Absolute insanity or am I overreacting?
