Should i buy aoh3?

Matter of facts, aoh2 was my first PlayStore purchase, cause I got bored of creating Dummynation scenarios nobody would play anyway.

So my question is, is aoh3 worth it? What are the major upgrades to aoh2?

Does aoh3 now include events, like the mods do?

Are there new formable nations?

Where there any changes to the fighting system?

And has the scenario editor gotten any better?
