I am really mad about Affinty 2

I personally am really mad about the new Affinty 2 Suite. We were promised that updates will always be free. This is especially annoying as I have purchased Publisher just 2 months ago. I was really hoping we would get full life time updates, but this is a true disappointment. If there was a way to upgrade for a fraction of the price it would be bearable, but the way it is right now is just infuriating.
