Anxiety when doing literally anything

Title says it all. I get terrible anxiety symptoms, especially nausea whenever I do anything. If it's meeting up with my friends I can't sleep the night before and feel terrible until I get there. When I'm off to work, I feel bad for the first hour or so. When I go to the shops I feel dizzy. You get the idea. How can I deal with this? My best strategy is when I wear my beanie, but my parents tell me that I wear it too much and it's not ladylike which makes me feel totally embarrassed to wear them when I'm out with them. I also feel like it gets me more attention which doesn't help when I'm shy as anything. Thank you
