Telling people their house’s worth is strange

In my opinion telling people their houses worth is strange -

Hear me out, as an artist it absolutely breaks my heart when I see someone post what they traded for a house and people say big lose. What I’m saying is mainly talking about super complicated and intricate builds getting high/mid tiers.

YES, I know some builds are cloned a LOT. But I do think there are much nicer ways to say this rather than ‘the house is ugly’, it would be much better to describe how although lots of work has been put into the house, due to it being cloned a lot and seen frequently it’s valued slightly less.

I think many people view building as a ‘shortcut’ to getting rich, but the hours it takes grinding to first earn the cash then the amount of hours it takes to perfect your style and etc. makes many builders deserving of those.

Does anyone else feel this way?
