AU Accounting… but what’s next?

Hello, I’ve been really lost on what to do with my career path so I thought of asking here.

I’ve been 5 years already at my current company. This was also my second job (my first job didn’t last a month and is not relevant in this case). I’ve been promoted twice already through the past years and is currently in their lowest senior role.

I’ve experienced a range of accounting/bookkeeping tasks. End to end. However, there are a bunch of factors that would make me want to find a new job already, but i’m not sure if I’m reading my thoughts correctly. What I am sure is that I feel like my current job feels stale, or something like “I feel like i can do more than this!” but also the thoughts of “Tinatamad na ako, saktong trabaho lang.” is also there lol. If I were to move out, I’d like my tasks at my new job to be more or less the same, although I understand if a challenge is needed. However, I’d still like to retain my WFH setting, and the work-life balance. My current salary is not bad, but I know it could be better. In addition, I know it is difficult but I’d prefer a company that would offer an HMO at signing to at least one of my overaged parents - this is one of the things that kept me in my current company the most.

Just wondering if there’s any recommendations as to what I could go for next? Do I move or stay? AU parin ba? I keep reading pero di ko parin alam 🫠 I’m honestly lost…
