How to check if NEW Ally is used?

Got my new ally today, after booting up I let windows do its installtion thing and immediatly went into "MyAsus" - App to check for updates. Once the app opened I got a notification saying last updates one month ago. How can that be if the device is brand new? In the MyAsus app it also says my warranty expires on 2025/08/15. That would be less than a year. (see picture)

Is there a chance I got sold a used product as new? If so how can I check if its true.
