Financial aid dropped to $0 - Looking to see if anyone has experienced this and if it is normal. New ASU student.

Hey all, I'm a new student transferring to get my BA online with ASU. Until 2 days ago, everything with financial aid/loans was square and I had all tasks completed except for my final transcript from my current college. I will be done with it officially on the 13th and graduated from.

I went to look at everything 2 days ago and now every bit of financial aid is back to $0 and I am back to owing (although it was cleared with an expected refund before).

I am enrolled in 4 classes, 2 for session A and 2 for session B, but it says insufficient enrollment? I did contact someone by phone and they stated things were okay but that was a few days ago and nothing in my account has changed since then.
I am just a little nervous and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I did send another email/ticket in to doublecheck but have not heard back just yet. I was able to use my PELL grant to buy my books with the allotted money but that was before it all went to 0.

So, now I'm a bit freaked out. I know finances and the tech behind updating the account is always a little screwy (or it was at my last college) but I don't know if this is normal for ASU or not.

I'm just looking for some further confirmation so I don't lose my mind.. or if this sounds really weird, should I be calling all day every day?
