Whats the difference between "Game Roooms" and "RA games"

In the main menu of my RG40XX I can access my games from this two options but I don't know the differences or advantages/disadvantages. I'm new to this kind of consoles so an easy explanation will be appreciated. This might be solved before but I can't find anything about it, sorry if that's the case
