Description of Original Problem: I've recently bought a PC. It was fine for a couple of days but videos started not to be played properly (only couple of frames pass by when played via media players and greenish screen on web browsers). Whenever I disable "hardware acceleration" on web browsers they are played fine. However that does not solve the issues about the videos on my computer. They still are played problematic.
Troubleshooting: I'd updated the driver but it was still problematic. I had downgraded my driver version and it had solved my problem for a couple of days but it's started again. Then downgraded a bit more version down but still problematic. I've tried clean install and another solution when you delete a certain thing from device manager. Nothing worked so far. I don't know what to do and I appreciate your help. Oh, audio on videos are fine btw. Only a visual problem.
