Does tea make Adderall less effective?

I've been drinking tea with my Adderall and I've noticed that after drinking it, I don't really feel the effects of it. I was reading a book a few minutes ago. I had some tea and I am now unable to focus. I am not sure why this happens. Does anyone else experience this? Does anyone know why this happens?
