How do you get out of bed?

So, a new year in college is about to start and I need to get up at 6:30 every day. In order for that to happen I would set my alarm at 6:00 because I take soooo long to get up, but I need those 30 minutes to sleep.

What I mean is: I want to find a way to get up right when the alarm goes off or max five minutes after, without spending 30 minutes or more in bed until I run out of time and have to rush to get ready to leave like my life depends on it.

How do you guys get up right when the alarm goes off? Any tricks? Any advice?
