do you use noise cancelling headphones?

so i know it's more common for people with autism to wear noise cancelling headphones, but i need them because im unable to focus while studying and i get overwhelmed outside. do you have any recommendations? it would be better if you could recommended some esrbuds because im uncomfortable with the headset, i don't like the way it feels against my ear and how warm my ear gets aftee a while of wearing it
