Not doing buyouts of 5 or more DIYs as I want everyone a chance to get some DIYs they need.

Also I understand that not everyone is at the point in the game where they can afford NMT offers so if that applies to you just let me know in the comments and you can have any one of the above 1 or 2 NMT DIYs for free in exchange for watering 8 blue/black roses I have near the airport. Just let me know which DIY you want and that you'll be going the water route.
