AA study advice

I have a few questions on which I need some advice from people who already gave their AA exam. Q1. Which chapters contain the highest marks weightage? Q2. Which chapters should be done earlier according to you and revised a good amount of time? Q3. I have heard that people only do exam kit and MCQ sometimes to pass. Are the questions that repetitive? Q4. What should be the minimum typing speed for AA exam?
