Worrying about the smell of pee

I'm 24/7 but when I'm at the office at work (happens usually about 1 or 2 days a week, the other days I work from home) I wear pull-ups and go to the bathroom like a big girl... I don't like it. The bathrooms are cold, and they're uncomfortable to use (like any bathroom lol).

I can't change at the office, since it would be strange to go to the bathroom with a bag... but for 8 hours I can keep the same diaper with no problems, what I worry about is the smell of pee. To be fair, I never smelled pee once since when I started wearing diapers, I can smell it only when I change. But I've read online that it could be a problem... what is your experience? Should I worry about it? I really don't want to go to the bathroom 😭
