Uncomfortable in my position

I don’t know what to do. I just began working as a behavior technician for a clinic in my area and I’ve become increasingly uncomfortable with it. I am expected to change diapers and also wipe my clients because the kids I work with are either not potty trained or they just don’t know how to wipe yet properly. I’m assigned female clients and I am a male behavior technician and it makes me wildly uncomfortable that I have to do this with my female clients. I’m even a little uncomfortable having to do this with my male clients too. I don’t know why I am expected to change diapers and wipe clients when I’m supposed to be an ABA therapist and there to help with behavior needs, not potty needs. I want to quit my job because of this. Nowhere in my application did it state I will be changing diapers and wiping clients for both genders. They didn’t even mention this in the training.

Are there any ABA therapist jobs out there or behavior technician jobs where I will be able to work with children over the age of 10-15? Or even adults for that matter? I’m more comfortable actually working an ABA therapist job and only helping with behavioral needs and not having to worry about their potty needs. Because I’m pretty sure teenagers and adults could take care of that stuff themselves. (I’m in the Tennessee area if this helps)
